If I didn't know better
I'd think this was made up. Like it was from The Onion or Christwire
or something. And I don't know what is more amusing – That he
pretty much said his audience was stupid, or that they applauded it.
I think I see his
point, it's more to the conservatives' advantage to have the
uneducated zealously accept whatever is in front of them. That was
his point, right?
Considering this was
part of a speech made at the Values Voters Summit, is a given level
of ignorance now a value?
